At Ziegler Park, our Everybody In Program has been designed to make access to Ziegler Pool affordable to all and to provide a variety of free programs, primarily geared toward the neighborhood youth. Through the Everybody In Program, season pool passes are offered on a sliding scale based on income levels. In 2023, 64% of pool passes were sold to families making $59,000 or less and 59% went to families making $34,000 or less, many of which were paid for through grant funds 3CDC raised.

In addition to pool memberships, 3CDC is focused on serving low-income neighborhood youth and their families by offering free programming, including swim lessons, safety clinics, swim team, and summer camp. In 2023 alone:

  • 614 kids and adults attended free swim lessons
  • 52 children participated on our free swim team
  • 85 neighborhood youth attended low-cost summer camp
