Project Description:
- Findlay Flats is the renovation of multiple vacant buildings on the 1700 and 1800 blocks of Vine and Republic Streets in Over-the-Rhine into 45 rental apartments and 7 white box, ground-floor retail spaces. This is a historic tax credit project.
- Scopes of work include Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire sprinkler, Concrete, Masonry, Steel, Framing and structural wood repairs, Finish carpentry, Roofing, Doors/frames/hardware, Storefront and glass, New windows and historic window repair, Insulation, Drywall, Flooring, Painting, Appliances and Cabinets
