Bakery Lofts

Located on Race Street, just north of Washington Park and across the street from Saengerhalle and Westfalen Lofts, this historic building was transformed into nine for-sale condominiums. Construction was completed in April 2013, and became the fastest selling residential project in 3CDC’s portfolio.
