Saengerhalle

The Saengerhalle project included the complete renovation of three attached historic structures and a new construction addition to create an office building and restaurant space at the northeast corner of the newly renovated and expanded Washington Park. 3CDC and the Northpointe Group partnered to develop the project. As part of the project both groups relocated their offices to the building occupying nearly one-third of the office space (3CDC has since moved to new offices at 1201 Walnut). Before 3CDC purchased the building. it was the site of significant criminal activity. Construction was completed in February 2011.
