1201 Walnut

The 1201 Walnut project comprised the renovation of the former Pabst Bedding Warehouse, at the corner of 12th and Walnut streets. The ground floor is currently occupied by Agar, in addition to a satellite office of the law firm of Keating Muething & Klekamp (KMK). The third and fourth floors serve as 3CDC’s office space. The building was completed in August 2015 and is now fully occupied.
