The Osborne

Located on the northwest corner of the intersection at 15th and Pleasant streets, just one block north of Washington Park, these three buildings were converted into 11 for-sale condominiums and a 917-square-foot commercial space. Additionally, the vacant lot at 120 W. 15th was converted into a common courtyard for the three buildings to share. The project was completed in December 2015, at a cost of $3.6 million.
