Located at 15 W. 14th Street, this 3-story building was redeveloped into a corner bar and yoga studio. Situated on the southwest corner of 14th and Republic streets – directly across the street from Nicolay and Salazar – the renovated building helps strengthen the connection between Washington Park and the Vine Street entertainment district. 4EG operates an intimate “dive bar” concept, Low Spark, on the 1,000 SF first floor, while Yoga Bar operates a 2,225 SF yoga studio in the two floors above, highlighted by the third floor’s open, double-height space.
