This 4-story building, located at 1408 Elm Street, sits less than one block north of Washington Park. The 6,300-square-foot structure was converted into five for-sale condominiums – three single-story flats facing the street and a pair of 2-story units on the back half of the building – and includes an 830-square-foot street-level commercial space. The renovation was officially completed in August 2015, at a cost of $1.8 million.
