Mercer III Townhomes

Mercer Commons is a mixed-use development that included both the renovation of historic buildings and new construction spread across almost 3 acres of property between Vine & Walnut streets and 13th & 14th streets. The first two phases of Mercer Commons are complete. The Mercer III Townhomes served as the third phase of the development, which yielded 12 residential units, including eight 3-bedroom townhomes and four 2-bedroom condominium flats, on the north side of Mercer Street. They are located across the street from the Mercer Townhomes constructed during Phase I.
