This building at 641 Walnut Street was once home to the Phoenix Café, a troubled liquor establishment. It has been redeveloped as a mixed use project including three apartments and an upscale, 2,025 square-foot street level bar called The Righteous Room. The building is a great enhancement to the Backstage entertainment district.
