Westfalen Lofts II

Westfalen Lofts II is located on the east side of the 1400 block of Race Street, just north of Saengerhalle and less than one block from the renovated Washington Park. This project was an extension of Westfalen Lofts and included seven buildings, creating 33 for-sale condominiums. Many of the units incorporate aspects of universal design and make a great home for people with disabilities or a desire to age in place. The project also includes 4,000 square feet of commercial space along the Cincinnati Bell Connector streetcar line. The project was completed in February 2014.
