Rennen & Beecher Flats

Rennen & Beecher Flats will serve as the final project in 3CDC’s seventh phase of mixed-use development in OTR. The project includes the new construction of two mixed-use buildings, with one integrating a historic structure, located at 1505 Race Street. Combined, the two buildings will yield 18 condo units and three street-level commercial spaces. Beecher Flats will be located at the corner of 15th and Pleasant Streets, filling in the currently vacant lot across the street from 3CDC’s recently completed Osborne condo project and Pleasantry restaurant. The Rennen site, which includes the historic structure, is located on Race Street, along the Cincinnati Bell Connector line. This project will fill a gap between The Allison and Taft’s Ale House, in addition to bolstering the aforementioned Osborne condo project and the Glassmeyer condo project, which was recently completed at the corner of 15th and Elm streets.
