The Glassmeyer

In winter 2017, 3CDC completed construction on The Glassmeyer, a renovation project of two buildings totaling over 10,000 square feet at the corner of 15th and Elm streets. The Glassmeyer features 6 two-bedroom condos, 2 one-bedroom condos with second-story living space, an interior courtyard and a 950-square-foot street-level commercial space. Each condo also includes private outdoor space. The project was designed by City Studios Architecture and is being built by Hudepohl Construction Company, both of which are based in the Cincinnati region.
