3CDC partnered with Platte Architecture & Design of Cincinnati and HGC Construction Company on this project, which includes 11 one-bedroom condominium units as well as 2,800 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor. 3CDC served as developer, managing all aspects of project development. The Stafford is centrally located between Vine and Walnut Streets and the revival of this ground-floor commercial space is sure to attract some much-needed foot traffic to the block. The condo units range in size from 385 to 850 square feet. Construction was completed in the summer of 2017.
