Avril Lofts, which involved the restoration of four historic buildings, brought 14 new condominium units to Court Street, ranging from small studios to 2-bedroom flats. Units feature modern finishes while preserving the historic quirks of the building, with premiere access and views of the renovated Court Street Plaza.

The project enabled Avril-Bleh meat market to expand its production and operations, while remaining independently owned. The renovation produced additional prep space, a new retail setup, and a permanent grill that opens onto Court Street. The project also created a separate 850-square-foot commercial space next door to Avril’s, which is owned by 3CDC.

Work at Avril Lofts is nearing completion. While facing delays on the delivery of windows, the crews inside have been working hard on finishing touches throughout the units. To date, countertops, backsplashes, electrical and plumbing fixtures have been installed. Paint touch-up is underway and common areas are nearly complete.
