Encore Urban Living is a mixed-use project on Sycamore Street between 7th and 8th Streets in Downtown Cincinnati. The project includes a 500-car parking garage, which opened in July 2016, and roughly 7,000 SF of street level commercial space that is now home to TITLE Boxing Club, Crown Republic Gastropub and Money Chicken. North American Properties also constructed a 131-unit residential tower above the garage. The total project cost, including the apartment tower, was roughly $52 million.
