8TH & SYCAMORE
8th and Sycamore is a mixed-use project on Sycamore Street between 7th and 8th Streets in Downtown Cincinnati. 3CDC has already developed a 500-car parking garage, which opened in July 2016, and is currently in the process of developing roughly 7,000 SF of street level commercial space. North American Properties is also currently constructing a 131-unit residential tower above the garage. The total project cost, including the apartment tower, is projected to be roughly $52 million.
