8TH & SYCAMORE

Completed Project

8th and Sycamore is a mixed-use project on Sycamore Street between 7th and 8th Streets in Downtown Cincinnati. 3CDC has already developed a 500-car parking garage, which opened in July 2016, and is currently in the process of building out roughly 7,000 SF of street level commercial space. North American Properties also constructed a 131-unit residential tower above the garage. The total project cost, including the apartment tower, is projected to be roughly $52 million.
