1403 Vine

This roughly $1.6 million project resulted in two for-sale condominiums and a street-level commercial space in the 1400 block of Vine Street, directly next door to Graeter’s and across the street from The Eagle. The nearly 3,000-square-foot commercial space is home to Pontiac Bourbon & BBQ, the third OTR restaurant from Daniel and Lana Wright, joining Senate and Abigail Street. Completed in December 2014, both condos were sold and Pontiac opened in January 2015.
