PROJECT SUMMARY

The Saengerhalle project includes the complete renovation of three attached historic structures and a new construction addition to create an office building and restaurant space at the northeast corner of the newly renovated and expanded Washington Park. 3CDC and the Northpointe Group partnered to develop the project. As part of the project both groups relocated their offices to the building occupying nearly one-third of the office space. Before 3CDC purchased the building it was the site of significant criminal activity. Construction was complete in February 2011. The building is now fully leased including the corner restaurant space, occupied by Zula.
