Westfalen Lofts II is located on the east side of the 1400 block of Race Street just north of 3CDC's offices. This project is an extension of Westfalen Lofts. This development will include six buildings creating 30 for-sale condominiums. Just under a block from the soon to be renovated Washington Park. Unit layouts are being finalized and construction will begin in winter 2011.
