The Annie

The Annie, located at 208-218 W. 12th Street, consists of the renovation of four historic buildings into 29 mixed-income apartment units located above 2,600 square feet of ground-floor commercial space. The residential units will be made up of 6 studio, 15 one-bedroom and 8 two-bedroom spaces, nine of which will be affordable for those making 60-80% of the area median income (AMI).

The project is located around the corner from Washington Park and Music Hall, and two blocks from the West End’s TQL Stadium.

The Annie is the site of the Ophthalmic Hospital and Free Dispensary, which opened in 1891.
