This 10-unit condo project at the corner of 14th and Republic streets, directly behind Saengerhalle, was developed by Northpointe Group. The project includes 1,200 square feet of first floor commercial space occupied by a restaurant named Salazar, which has helped build the connection between Washington Park and the Vine Street entertainment district.
