A Second Renaissance Revival building constructed in 1888, Meiners has been renovated to create an incredible space for an office or restaurant. Located at the northeast corner of 15th and Vine streets, Meiners is across the street from 3CDC’s 15th & Vine office project. The historic structure is also situated near the Behlen Building and numerous other restaurants, offices, and retailers in Over-the-Rhine. This project yielded five turnkey office suites with eight-foot tall windows and new flooring, windows and lighting throughout.
