Cincinnatians know this landmark site as the former home to the Maisonette, Cincinnati’s five-star restaurant for 41 straight years. Its closing in 2005 was a tough blow for downtown Cincinnati and the many people who had lifelong memories of this once elegant space. 3CDC bought the building in 2006 and partnered with the Boca Restaurant Group to renovate it into a new home for Boca, an Italian trattoria called Sotto, and office space for the Boca Restaurant Group.
