Trinity Flats is located on the corner of Vine and Mercer streets in a modern building that combines new construction and historical rehab. The development will offer 25, one and two bedroom units when it opens in early 2010. Features include flexible, open spaces, ample closets, high ceilings, exposed brick, private balconies, community rooftop deck, eco-friendly horizontal-cut bamboo flooring, secured parking garage and entrance. Trinity Flats also includes granite countertops, walk-in showers and whirlpool tubs, stainless steel appliances and 100% Energy Star certified appliances. The project was funded with $5 million from the Cincinnati New Market Fund I.
