Project Summary

The Gateway Arts Building is a mixed-use development. It includes 12 rental units that are master-leased to the Art Academy of Cincinnati for student housing and more than 3,000 square feet of street-level commercial space. The Taste of Belgium Bistro, as well as it’s corporate office, currently operate within the Gateway Arts Building.

In 2020, 3CDC began work to convert the Gateway Arts apartments into condos after the Art Academy of Cincinnati identified a new site for housing for its students. The resulting Academy Lofts project will create 11 new for-sale condominiums.
