Project Summary

Duveneck Flats, located at 1212 – 1220 Vine Street, is a mixed-use development that includes 15 loft-style condominiums in two historic renovated buildings and more than 7,500 square feet of street-level commercial space. These unique lofts were named for Frank Duveneck, the internationally revered artist and former chairman of the Art Academy of Cincinnati. They offer an exquisite blend of exposed brick and finished walls, two-sided fireplaces, contemporary steel railings, granite countertops, dramatic roof-top decks, Juliet balconies, carefully restored walls of windows, and original trim. Many of these lofts can be converted to two bedroom units.

The following commercial organizations currently operate within the Duveneck Flats: Abigail Street, Sloane Boutique, and Pearlstar. At this time, all the available commercial space has been leased.
