Current Project

This development is a partnership between Kroger, 3CDC, North American Properties, Northpointe Group and Rookwood Properties. Construction will result in an 18-story mixed-used development that includes a grocery store, parking garage, and residential units. Upon completion, Kroger will own and manage the 45,000 SF grocery store, which will include a full-service grocery store on the first floor and a restaurant/bar and wine/beer sales on the second floor. 3CDC will own and manage the 560-space parking garage, which will include 139 residential spaces and 139 spaces reserved for Kroger customers and employees, in addition to public parking. Lastly, North American Properties, Northpointe Group, and Rookwood Properties will own and manage the residential portion, which includes 139 market rate apartments. Construction is scheduled for completion by September 2019.
