August Flats involved the renovation of three historic buildings at Race and Green streets in Over-the-Rhine. The project yielded 15 mixed-income apartment units located above 3,250 square feet of white box commercial space at 1701-1705 Race Street. Three of the 15 apartments were reserved for those making 80% of the area median income (AMI), with 12 market-rate units as well. The buildings consist of 11 one-bedroom and four two-bedroom units.
