The steel frame of the new building is complete, and a topping-out ceremony was held to celebrate the occasion. Steelworkers remain onsite to complete the decking and detailing of the new structure. Upon completion, concrete crews will arrive to begin pouring the floors on each level. Lastly, underground plumbing and masonry repair work is ongoing. Leasing information for the office and retail space is available on the 3CDC website.
