The new underground parking garage at Ziegler Park has truly started to take shape the past month. Crews have started pouring concrete to form both exterior walls and interior columns for the garage. Meanwhile, across the street in the pool area, excavation work is underway for new underground mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
