Interior demolition has started on floors for the YMCA, as well as on floors for the residential component. Footings are being poured in the basement for the new load-bearing walls. Additionally, plumbers are scheduled to start under-slab plumbing rough-ins for the locker rooms in the next few weeks, and plaster repair in the entry lobby is expected to begin in early August.
