Parksite is truly starting to take shape, as exterior painting is nearly finished and the roof deck construction continues. Half of the units are moving into the trim carpentry phase, with cabinets and tile being installed throughout. The other units trail behind in the mechanical, electrical and plumbing installation phases, as drywall installation is scheduled to begin next week.
