At the historic rehab portion of the Mercer III Townhomes project, taking place at 14 Mercer, mechanical, electrical and plumbing rough-ins and drywall installation has been completed. Additionally, painting, tile setting, and flooring are underway. Meanwhile, the new townhomes are nearly fully framed, and window installation and mechanical, electrical and plumbing rough-ins are underway.
