Following a substantial gift from the Hatton Foundation toward the construction of the Drop Inn Center’s women’s shelter, it was decided the new facility would officially be named the Esther Marie Hatton Center For Women. On the construction front, drywalling continued on the interior of the building, as did rough-ins on the second floor. Outside of the building, the installation of face brick is still ongoing.
