Block work is nearly complete in the basement winter shelter, and continues on the first floor at the Drop Inn Center Men’s Facility. Steel framing and new epoxy floors are also being installed on the main floor. The new 4,000-square-foot interior courtyard has also been excavated, and new drainage and foundations have been put in place.
