Demolition of the building’s interior has continued, and floor sheathing has been installed in the basement and on floors one through three. Sheathing will be installed on the fourth floor later this week. Masonry repair is ongoing throughout the interior and exterior, and a new roof membrane has been installed. Additionally, new basement concrete has been poured and construction on a new set of stairs is underway.
