Outside of the building, the exterior glazing for the façade and the installation of wire mesh is complete. The granite curb has been set in place, while the pouring of concrete for the sidewalks has started and is nearly complete. Also, both cranes have been removed from the site. At street level, construction of the storefront is complete, and installation of the revolving doors for the garage lobbies is underway. Construction of the parking garage office, as well as the mechanical, electrical and plumbing finishes in the garage and commercial spaces is nearly complete. Construction of the parking garage elevators and painting of the signage and parking lines has continued below and above grade. On the building’s interior, the hanging of drywall is almost complete. Additionally, drywall finishing and installation of the handrails for the stairwells is ongoing.
