3CDC is midway through the renovation of 1201 Walnut Street with RJ Beischel Construction and MSA Architects. Work is progressing nicely on the first-floor restaurant/bar concept, which is scheduled to open later this fall. The two other commercial spaces on the first floor are also scheduled to be completed in late fall 2014, while the 2nd floor will be finished in early 2015. 3CDC’s new office space, which will comprise the 3rd and 4th floors, is expected to be completed in November 2014.
