Construction of the mechanical, electrical and plumbing finishes in the garage and commercial spaces continues on all finished site levels – both above and below grade. Construction of the parking garage elevators has continued below and above grade up to level five. Setting of the building façade panels is nearly complete, while exterior glazing for the façade and installation of wire mesh continues. Construction of the storefront on the south side of the building along Fifth Street is also ongoing. Work on the interior of the building has continued, including the hanging of drywall on level one and the installation of waterproofing on the lower levels. Additionally, construction of the steel stairs has been completed in the north core and is ongoing in the south core.
