Interior demolition continues at 101 West Fifth Street. All ceiling demolition is finished throughout the building and asbestos abatement work is almost complete. Crews are currently focused on demolition of interior walls and floor finishes. Modification of existing fire sprinklers is ongoing across the project site. Turner Construction finalized the project’s Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) and 3CDC is working to close on financing in June.

In mid-May, 3CDC announced a finalized deal with an anchor office tenant. Nationally recognized human capital management software company, Paycor, has signed a lease to relocate its headquarters to the building’s 40,000-square-foot second floor. Buildout for the Paycor headquarters is slated to begin this fall and the space is expected to be move-in ready in the summer of 2025.
