Since 3CDC’s recent acquisition of 101 W. Fifth Street (the former Saks Fifth Avenue building), the project team has quickly mobilized into the construction phase. Electricians are currently completing make-safe work and crews are remediating asbestos and hazardous materials onsite in preparation for interior demolition to begin soon. 3CDC is expected to close on project financing in early June.
