3CDC and the teams leading the design and construction management of the Duke Energy Convention Center (DECC) renovation project are currently producing construction drawings based on the evolving project design. In the coming weeks, Messer Construction will provide a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) based on the completed design development drawings. GMP negotiations will follow with a goal of having an executed GMP in May. 3CDC, the City of Cincinnati, and convention center management are also in the process of determining the end use for the existing furniture and equipment currently at DECC.
