Office tenant improvements are underway at The Foundry, with office and lobby finishes scheduled to begin in October. Work on the Fifth Street streetscape is ongoing and will soon begin on Race Street. Folding glass (floor-to-ceiling windowpanes that allow an interior space to become an open-air one) will be installed in the street-level spaces in the coming weeks.
