Court Street Plaza will be completed in two phases. Phase 1 saw excavation and underground utility installation, fire hydrant relocation, and gas main installation. Duke Gas has completed gas installation in the south lane and will be working on the north lane in the coming weeks. The south side of the street will be shut down for work on the westbound lane starting this week.
