Permanent power has been turned on and curbs have been poured throughout as the construction crew finishes the parking garage for 4th & Race. Interior framing and mechanical, electrical and plumbing work will continue on residential levels 8-10. The pool area has been waterproofed and the second of three concrete pours has been poured for Level 15, which will be the roof of the building.
