Construction continues to progress at Fourth & Race, with additional safety measures in place. The structure now rises 11 stories tall. 3CDC owns the first six levels, which includes the retail spaces and parking garage. Work on 3CDC’s portion of the building is currently focused on the uppermost level of the parking garage, as well as exterior finishes.
