Construction is full swing at 3CDC’s newest project, Perseverance. At the historic buildings (1511-1517 Vine Street), crews are working on interior framing along with plumbing, electrical and mechanical work. New roofing has been installed on the buildings located at 1511 and 1517 Vine Street, and the same work is underway at 1513-15 Vine. Meanwhile, at 1505 Vine Street, which will consist of new infill construction on a vacant lot, crews have started working on creating deep foundations. Underground plumbing and electrical work has also started.
