Passersby will notice significant progress on the façade and streetscape of 4th & Race. Glass for the storefronts is on site, and installation has begun on the corners of Race and Elm at 4th Street. Crews also completed the sidewalk, curb, and fire hydrants on Race Street and are now working to make the same improvements on Elm Street.
