The exterior is taking shape at 4th & Race. Framing for the retail storefronts is in place, the facade is being prepped for future glass and EIFS, and crews are working on streetscape improvements. Inside, work on masonry is largely complete up to Level 5. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work is progressing, and the building will have permanent power soon.
