Following a partial collapse on the Seventh Floor at the 4th & Race project site on November 25, Turner Construction engaged Thornton Tomasetti, a structural engineering consulting firm, to evaluate the stability of the site. Thornton Tomasetti determined it was safe for construction activities to resume as of December 3. During December, crews conducted the first pour for Level 8.
